Clearinghouse, Hotline, and Help Desk Management

KEVRIC provides customer support to Government officials and offices at many points in the information dissemination cycle. KEVRIC has managed Hotline and Help Desk projects for the following clients:

  • Brooks Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas
    KEVRIC manages the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence's Information Clearinghouse, called PRO-ACT. KEVRIC staff supporting PRO-ACT provide comprehensive responses to a variety of technical inquiries regarding environmental and hazardous material, produce and distribute fact sheets and newsletters, and review HAZMAT plans for the Air Force worldwide.
