Clearinghouse, Hotline, and Help Desk Management.
KEVRIC currently manages clearinghouse, hotline, and help desk projects for many Federal agencies and organizations, including:

- National Center for Biotechnology Information
- USDA Agricultural Research Service.
- National Library of Medicine
- Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System
- Nuclear Regulatory Commission Telecommunications Message Center/Telex Center
- U.S. Coast Guard Vessel Response Plan
Library and Information Resource Management.
KEVRIC has provided a full range of services for the Library and Information Resource Center of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families. KEVRIC has also supported a variety of library tasks for the National Library of Medicine.
Program Development, Evaluation, and Training.
For the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), KEVRIC created a comprehensive training program for an Integrated Financial Management Information System and operated a computer laboratory for FEMA's Emergency Management Institute programs. For the National Center for Health Statistics Applied Statistics Training Institute, KEVRIC supported a training program in statistical methods for public health professionals.
